About Me

Family is of the utmost importance to Alejandra Foster. She and her husband of 15 years have four kids. Stout family values emphasize positive relationships, and Alejandra brings that mindset to her profession as a real estate agent. Client-centric and goal-oriented, she has struck a key balance that allows her to be as strong a pillar for her clients as she is for her family.

After more than 15 years in banking management, Alejandra finds it satisfying to be on the other end of the process to help clients finalize the deal and realize their dream. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys working with first-time and move-up buyers and sellers. She is driven to help people in her community. As a lifetime resident of Hollister, California, she knows all the local amenities — schools, parks, transit, etc. — and wants to share what is possible in San Benito County.

Having studied computer business administration in college, Alejandra brings tech savvy and high energy to her work. She uses modern media to engage and inform, issuing a twice-monthly email newsletter, and sharing instructional videos with expert tips on remodeling, household maintenance, decorating, and more. In addition to navigating her clients’ transactions, she provides online resources for buyers to search and sellers to market.

In her spare time, Alejandra volunteers at Hollister Dual Language Academy. She enjoys cooking, the outdoors, traveling, and trying new foods. And coffee — she can’t go a day without it.

About Me

My name is Brenda Lopez I was born in Mexico but, raised here in San Benito County since I was 3 month old. I grew up in Hollister and love the small town feel. I graduated in 2002 from Hollister High School. I was hired as an escrow coordinator at a local real estate company right after high school. In the meantime I was woking on my business certification through Gavilan College.

As I was working on my business Certificate the Real Estate company I worked for assisted me with my real estate courses. I acquired my Real Estate license in 2005 and worked part-time as a realtor along with working at Bank of America as a teller and account specialist.

In December of 2012 I was hired at Pierce Real Estate in which I took my career in Real Estate full time. I've also been part of the board at San Benito County board of realtors. I took on the role within the SBCAOR as director and treasurer During My career I've serviced Santa Clara County, Merced County, and Monterey County.

My niche is San Benito County and helping first-time homebuyers to get into their first home. Most of the time my clients are scared and don't know where to start. I help guide them to homeownership. I can't say I call this a job as it's something I look forward to doing every day

About Me

An entrepreneur at heart from the young age of 8 years old, selling homemade pencil pouches made of scrap fabric pieces. Fast forward to the present I took a huge leap of faith, entered the world of Real Estate to follow an even bigger entrepreneurial journey.

Hello! My name is Marbella Villarreal, I am a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Morgan Hill Ca. I am a mother of 2 energetic, creative kids and a beautiful loving white Siamese cat. I am also the owner of a small business that makes handmade goods with recycled fabrics and materials. Born in Michoacan Mexico as Marbella Tovar at the age of 3 years old I moved to California for the first time. After graduating from high school, I took several community college courses ranging from Business to Fashion Design, eventually my focus shifted to developing a career in Real Estate after being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years.

Early on in my new career endeavor, obtaining my license was a major accomplishment for me after taking a break from the work force for so long. Getting myself into a Broker Office was my 2nd biggest accomplishment and finally closing my first transaction 2 months after joining Coldwell Banker Realty was my final major accomplishment.

Throughout the process of getting familiar with Real Estate I was given the opportunity to participate in co-listing transactions where I learned so many hands-on training from an amazing mentor. I was also grateful to have joined and have been a part of NHORA San Benito Chapter as a Event and Membership Director.

My future focus in Real Estate is to provide every single individual that I work with the enthusiasm, hard work and dedication I have given to my own goals. I set only goals I know I can accomplish and strive for nothing less than full satisfaction in accomplishing them. I treat everyone I encounter as a friend and like to develop a sense of trust as it’s a way I would want to be treated myself. Let’s set the goal and move in that direction, taking down obstacles one step at a time without fear or struggle. Anything is possible when you set the intention and trust the process.
