As a native San Franciscan and a graduate of Saint Ignatius College Preparatory, UC Berkeley, and the School of Law at UC Berkeley, Luis possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to navigate the complicated Bay Area real estate market. About Me

Joining Guild Mortgage Company and the Stebbins Mortgage team has afforded me the opportunity to help clients achieve something they might never have thought possible, whether it’s to purchase their first home, refinance their current home or to upsize/downsize their present home based on their current financial needs. Lupe Silva, grew up in the Monterey Bay area, then moved to San Jose while attending Santa Clara University, and stayed in the Bay Area while working at Apple Computer (1992-1998). About Me

Tim’s career is a long and diversified one. Tim began his career in the Finance and Accounting sector in 1984 after graduating from UNLV. He spent 10 years with Lockheed Missiles & Space Company as a Finance/Budget Analyst where we worked for 10 years. Upon leaving Lockheed in 1994, he began stints as an independent Cost Analyst/Accountant at various High Tech firms such as National Semiconductor, IBM, Pyramid Technologies, Chip Express and C-Cube Microsystems.


In 1999 (with the encouragement of his wife Gema) Tim left the High Tech sector to start their own Mortgage Brokerage (GT Home Loans) and Real Estate Brokerage (Gente Real Estate). Tim successfully managed multiple offices in Northern California with offices in San Francisco, San Jose, Petaluma and Morgan Hill.


Tim joined NHORA in the very beginning (2010) and started the very first NHORA Chapter (Santa Clara). Tim has been able to use his accounting acumen to financially manage the Non-Profit and the NHORA Foundation.
