About Me

Ricky J. Alvarez is known by all his clients, family and friends as Ricky The Realtor®. He is one of the best Real Estate agents in Concord, CA. Ricky J. Alvarez’s personal motto is to “provide results-driven real estate from beginning to end,” and he delivers. A full-time agent since 2015, Ricky works with a wide range of clients, from investors and home buyers to family, friends, and past clients. But no matter who his clients are, he counts them as friends. He greatly values kindness, respect, and hard work in this business, and he stands firmly with his clients throughout the entire process and beyond.

Ricky was born in San Francisco and raised mostly in Concord. Real estate has almost always been a part of his life, beginning with helping his parents maintain their residential and commercial properties when he was younger. And when it comes to the many different aspects of real estate, it seems Ricky has had a hand in nearly all of them: He’s held maintenance jobs; dealt with tenants, lenders, and city officials, and worked in marketing, advertising, and finance. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance and Real Estate from CSU, East Bay.

Ricky began his professional real estate career by interning with a top-producing team, and he soon built a solid reputation for himself, becoming a top performer and earning a nomination for the President’s Club. For Ricky, it’s about delivering personal service and professional results.

• Ricky’s hobbies are just as diverse as his background, which include new technology and finance, sports, coin collecting, and cinema. He’s an avid volunteer, including for The California Academic Decathlon and The Boys and Girls Club, and he serves as a board member to Bay Area Alumni Association and an Advisor to the National Board of Directors for his Fraternity. He recently was named a recipient of a prestigious award, 40 under 40 by his Alma Mater at CSUEB. He also loves visiting Mexico, his ancestral home, where he and his family built their dream vacation home.

About Me

Victor Reyes, is an immigrant-born, now naturalized citizen, hailing from Lima, Peru. He and his family migrated to the US, when he was only 5 years of age. His family settled in Miami for a couple of years before moving to the Bay Area, specifically Richmond, CA, where he grew up.

Prior to venturing into the real estate industry, Victor has honed his skills and expertise through an 8-year career in Sales & Service and a 6-year career in Logistics. In 2015, he took a pivotal step into the real estate arena, joining a highly effective team in Lafayette, CA, where he served as a transaction coordinator and broker’s assistant. Victor’s journey endowed him with a wealth of knowledge and experience, an invaluable asset that he brings to his clients in the diverse and dynamic Bay Area markets. Victor’s desire is to empower his clients to realize their dreams of homeownership, by providing unwavering support and expertise.

• Beyond his professional endeavors, Victor remains deeply committed to his community and various organizations. He actively contributes to the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R), and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors (CCAR). Ivett Payan, originally hailing from Guadalajara, Mexico, embarked on a life-changing journey 16 years ago when she made the decision to relocate to Las Vegas. During her time in Sin City, Ivett honed her skills as a personal assistant, mastering the art of people skills, multitasking, and the firm commitment to getting the job done. It was during this period that she came to understand the true worth of hard work, integrity, honesty, and responsibility.

As the world grappled with the challenges of the pandemic, Ivett's life took another significant turn. She tied the knot and, together with her spouse, relocated to the vibrant Bay Area. It was here that Ivett's passion for real estate blossomed, and she embarked on a new career path.
