An Idaho native, raised in a rural town, Luz Martinez grew ​up in a family enriched environment where your ​neighbors are your friends. Her strong work ethic, drive, ​determination and constant search for growth ​opportunities make her a pillar to those around her. Luz ​first embarked on her real estate venture as a ​Transaction Coordinator to a few local agents, while ​raising her young family. She quickly gained the trust of ​fellow industry partners and continued to grow her ​knowledge in different real estate capacities over the ​span of the last 10 plus years with experience in title and ​escrow, new construction home sales for a high volume ​production builder, business development management, ​real estate agent mentor and her most recent position as ​Director of Agent Development at a highly reputable local ​independent brokerage, Finding 43 Real Estate.

With her expertise in customer service, communication ​skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, Luz is a ​wealth of knowledge and is always looking for ways to be ​a resource to her clients, colleagues, friends and family. ​Her long standing real estate career continues to grow, ​and her passion for the industry is steadfast. They have 4 amazing ​children, Zoe (20) - a sophomore in college, Lucas (15) - a ​freshman in high school, and two sweet girls Zariya (11) ​and Cecily (9) and the family’s brindle boxer, Donny. They ​are a sports family, who love all things football, wrestling, ​camping, watching a good movie and playing board ​games. Her parents continue to be a strong support ​system for her which she leans on daily.

Isaac been in the real estate industry since 2007. He ​recently spent a decade as the CEO of several large real ​estate organizations culminating with the Idaho ​Association of Realtors.

This high level experience has given him a very deep ​knowledge of the real estate industry in all aspects. He is ​also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army JAG Corps ​Reserves.

She also ​accomplished 6.5 years as a Records Specialist for the ​City of Yuma Police Department.
